How long does it take to diagnose a dataset?
A few seconds to a few minutes depending on file size. A bit longer if you enable SIRENE/VIES checks, which are rate-limited by these public APIs.
Is my data secure?
Your files are only used to produce your diagnostic and are never shared. Normivia is in early access: we don't claim any certification (ISO 27001 or other) until it's actually obtained.
Can I integrate via API?
Yes, via a REST API authenticated by API key, with automatically generated interactive documentation.
Do you offer support?
The level of support depends on your tier, from community support up to dedicated support at the Group tier.
