Your Swiss company's compliance, federal law and EU texts
Normivia assesses Swiss federal law and, depending on your activity in the European Union, the EU texts that concern you, with the official source of each verdict, in French or English.

EU texts, depending on your activity in the EU
Without activity in the Union, no EU text applies. If you sell or operate there, texts with extraterritorial reach (GDPR, AI Act, product regulations…) concern you directly, while the others may affect you through your European customers: Normivia makes the distinction text by text.
In French and English
Each user chooses their language in the Cockpit: screens, emails, reports and the texts of the standards. In English, each text links to its English version when one exists (EUR-Lex, CSSF, Fedlex), with its legal value stated.
Verified sources
Laws verified on Fedlex, the official compilation of federal law. Official sources are reviewed every month; each change is reviewed by a human before any update.
